indigo pears

These are the gauntlets which I knitted from leftover sock yarn....I have wanted a pair for years.

We watch "Last of the Summer Wine" all the time and I enjoy Auntie Wainwright and her frugal ways as well as her fingerless gloves (which make it easier for her to hold on to $money$!!!!!! ) .....unfortunately this probably won't work for me.

These are wild colors because the sock yarn is "programmed" to change colors as you knit. I love my pair of matching washable wool socks on a cold morning...(I'm wearing them now!)

As I have to leave for work in an hour, I'd better go make my Thomas's wholegrain English muffin and get out of my pj's!
