A lovely baby's baptism certificate, in German....
baby clothes and sisters' shoes.....
one pair scuffed from the toddler Ella learning to walk...the pink pair never or lightly worn as baby Margaret died from Scarlet Fever....there really are some bittersweet moments to remember! [Those pennies were in the box with the pink shoes, 1921]

Oh, Lila, those pink baby shoes are so sweet. And that baptism certificate is beautiful....all those roses.
Ohhhh...what precious memories! I love the beautiful baby things. They are truly worth preserving! Hope you have a good weekend, dear friend! ♥
I am so sentimental about those kinds of family things. I have a box of old photos and we don't know who they are, but we do know they are family. I don't want to see them everyday, but I can't bear to just discard them!
Oh how poignant the photo when one hears the back story.
