Shrimp Tacos....delicious and easy!

This recipe from "Ladies Home Journal" magazine was a big hit last week! Be sure to use wild caught, not farm raised shrimp. It was a good way to use some fresh green beans from the farmer's market. Of course you could substitute another green vegetable, zucchini maybe?

Nope it wouldn't be zucchini for me, as I'm (get this) allergic to it. Gives me a swollen tongue and sore throat and hives. Not worth it to eat zucchini, but the green beans sound great. I would also used whole wheat soft taco shells. But, I love the idea.

I used soft sprouted corn tortillas from the natural food store! Delicious!
I understand about zucchini, I think it does have high amounts of a histamine-like substance!

Sounds very yummy, but I would leave out the cukes. I really, really like cilantro and don't eat enough dishes with cilantro in them.
