If it's too hot to remain landlocked, we must search for ocean breezes.....
Caribbean paintings, seashell mirrors, dolls, sculptures, books about mermaids*.......
a little "merman" seeing his true self!
* a couple of books..."A Survival Guide for Landlocked Mermaids" by Margot Datz and "A Mermaid's Tale" by Amanda Adams.

Oh Lila... I am searching for Ocean breezes. I must be a land locked mermaid too.I just love these images and what a fabulous mirror.
:-)
Love everything mermaids! The Landlocked Mermaid book is great. I must check out the others.
I've seen that mermaid art doll before. Is that one of yours?
PS Love the little merbaby
Oh that little man is the sweetest!
I like the painting....the colors are wonderful. And the sea shell mirror is beautiful. One of my friends made a sea shell mirror for her vacation home in Florida. She gathered all the shells on Sanibel Island.
Oops!! Forgot to say what a handsome little merman that is!! I think I'm in love!
I will take some photos at the beach tomorrow and if i capture any mermaid's, I'll send you a pic!
Life is so much better than the imagined "thing" whatever that is. Give me realitity most days. We go to the hills for relief here.
So cute! I love mermaids, too!

Cool. Love your little merman!! Hope all is well with you.
I really like the shell mirror! Although I really love being in Idaho. I miss the ocean. Arney and I were both beach kids. We were born in California. So looking at your post was a day at the beach.
What a handsome little guy too.
Your, Mary
mermaids, mermaids, mermaids!!!
Yay for mermaids!
