Love Thursday!
This is a yoga position that I love....
we must love ourselves before we can learn to love others....
Exercise is part of loving ourselves.
More love here!
[two words pulled at "random"..1)indigo- a quiet deep twilight blue color, it is beautiful on its own but works well with others! 2) pears-ordinary,commonplace, nurturing, with a decidedly feminine shape.] Musings and findings resulting from following my bliss...I love to sketch and paint...so I have watercolors to post also!

I tried this position after seeing it here. Great stretch! I took Yoga quit a few years ago...it's great for the body soul connection.
Lila...I love your work...the flower painting is so lovely.
Oh if only I could stretch out my arm like that. Due to an accident and sevral surgeries my right arm has limited stretching ability. Thankfully there is nothing wrong with my legs, so I walk 4 miles nearly every day.
This is one of The Five Tibetan Rites that I do each morning. I like this position, too.
I'm finally getting so I can breathe again and will start exercising as soon as I can get my Comcast and DVD player to work together again. I've been walking in our unfinished basement down stairs in our cold and snowy weather to get a little more used to moving again. Loving yourself means exercise is right, and it is such a mood lifter.
Thanks Lila
