It is time to find food for the evening meal. It is also too hot to really cook, so here is an easy recipe which uses fresh from the garden tomatoes and basil!

Had lunch with Sandra today and it was fun catching up even though the waiter spilled a whole pitcher of sticky sweet tea on us! Hey, they gave us free dessert! (Trios)
