Oh, how exciting! Are you going to be able to see the Dalai Lama while he's in town? That would be so amazing.
Yes, his is a wonderful presence to have in the area!
But I'll just read about it and continue to read his books.
I dislike crowds, he is at the Uof A basketball arena....totally sold out instantly back in March!
A good movie about the young Dalai Lama is "Five Years in Tibet" (set during WWII) with Brad Pitt.
