Two images of similar colors and ideas!
The "Birds of A Feather" is an ATC made on a watercolor background.

The photo of the quilt, "Ladybird", has just been added to my blog of "Lila's Quilts".
I made it about 5 years ago...the ATC , I created yesterday. it struck me how themes and color combinations appear and reappear in my art work!

It is cold and we are having snow flurries. I took a snowday and stayed here to work on more ATC's and have had a lovely day. It is nice to have several quilts to pile on the when climbing in to bed.

I love the work you do, both quilts and watercolors! I especially love the one you did of the Laura Ashley teapot! Years ago I used to visit a Laura Ashley shop while living in England ~ talk about a feast for the eyes and the soul!!

Hey Lila. Gemma sent me! You do beautiful work, and I wandered into your sewing studio to check out your angel painting. Wow!! It's beautiful! I'll be back later. :)

I love the ATC and the quilt. Stay warm. We're having extremely cold weather out here. Very odd for us.

Wow, these are just lovely. The color scheme of brown, pale brown, cream is one of my favorites. I like the way the plant vine is both organic and stylized at the same time.

I love using watercolors on ATCs. You just never know what you're going to get! I just did a Beatle 3/3 trade. I'll be posting pics as soon as Shelley receives them. I love the way my Yellow Submarine ATC (shhh, don't tell her) came out with the watercolors! FUN!

I made that same quilt a few years ago - have no idea where it is now :) - I think I gave it to my sister.
